O melodie ascultata iti poate crea sentimente pozitive,
te poate ajuta sa-ti regasesti concentrarea,
te energizeaza si e un foarte bun instrument
motivational. Imi place sa ascult muzica.
Cand eram mereu pe drumuri, obisnuiam
sa ascult ore in sir carti audio sau muzica.
Poti asculta obisnuita muzica de la radio sau poti alege tu ce sa asculti (pornesc de la premiza ca cel putin nu asculti manele). O melodie motivationala te inspira, te face sa (re)gasesti in tine acel „pot reusi in orice„. O astfel de muzica, iti readuce mereu starea de spirit potrivita si zambetul pe buze, indiferent de ceea ce ai in fata ta .

In fiecare dimineata, dupa ce duc copilul la gradinita, mi-am facut obiceiul sa-mi aleg cateva melodii si sa le ascult in timp ce revad task-urile zilei.

Am adunat astfel o lista cu cele mai frumoase melodii motivationale si inspirationale care imi plac. O gasesti mai jos. Exista aici muzica pop, clasica, rock sau rap. Unele melodii sunt mai lente, altele dimpotriva. E posibil ca unele sa-ti placa, iar altele mai putin…

Unele dintre ele ar fi perfecte sa le asculti cand esti deprimat, cand alergi, in timp ce conduci masina, cand studiezi sau atunci cand meditezi. Mai exista si altele extraordinare, te las pe tine sa completezi lista.
